Does it come with tri pod?

The Bushnell Prime 20-60x65 Spotting Scope will not include a tripod. We do carry the Bushnell Trophy Xtreme 20-60x65 Porro Prism Spotting Scope, which does include a tripod, and can be found by using the link below:

Would this Scope work for bird watching?

yes, this scope can be used for viewing all birds, except the dodo bird, as they are extinct.
