Can you see holes on paper targets at 200 yards with this scope?

Yes, you should be able to see most bullet strikes (with the possible exception of .22) at 200 yards.

This scope is NOT a First Plane scope. However, at 24x power the measurements are accurate. This is according to the reticle information found on page 46 of the 2018/25th Anniversary Sightron Catalog. I hope this information is helpful to you.
