Shooting from a bench is very relaxing but can be tough on your body, in particular your shooting rest. The Shot-Rock Recoil Reducing Shooting Rest by Allen is made from ultra rigid 1.5 inch steel frame that can handle most rifles and shotguns used for big game hunting or bench rest shooting. The front rest helds your rifle stock securely while allowing for elevation adjustment up or down using the rotating disk. The rear stock cradle holds the rear part of your stock securely keeping your firearm steady in the rest. The feet on the bottom of the Shot-Rock are adjustable which enables you to make your rest level on most any tabletop surface. When you are shooting from a bench rest you can add weight to the center tray which will make the rest even more stable by adding small sandbags or steel plates for extra weight.
