Product Info for Choate Tool Remington Lightweight 87 Conventional Youth Body Armor Stock
Fits the 2 ga 87, pump action rifles and semi-auto rifle. The Mark 5 conventional stock has an 11 3/4 inch length of pull, it comes with a 1/4 inch solid butt plate. We made this stock for shorter stature shooters and people wearing body armor. This stock has no spacers. You can a one inch rubber recoil pad and spacers that will fit this stock.
Some of the early 2ga Remington 87 shotguns were made on the 12ga frame so parts for the lightweight 2ga 87 will not fit. To determine if you gun is built on the 12ga frame remove your magazine cap and see if a 12ga shell will fit into your magazine tube. If the rim of the 12ga shell will not fit then your 87 is built on the lightweight frame, if it does fit your 87 is built on the 12ga frame. If your shotgun is built on the 12ga receiver then you will need parts for the 12ga 87. Weight- 9 oz.
