What Are the Two Different Types of FAB Defense AR-15 Stocks?
GL-CORE
In the summer of 2021, FAB Defense released the newest addition to its stock line, the GL-Core. The GL-CORE buttstock incorporates an integrated cheek weld, ergonomic butt pad, and interchanging tube adapters that provide an unmatched fit on Mil-Spec and Commercial buffer tubes. The GL-CORE S CP version includes an additional cheek rest to support different optics and holographic sights on the AK and VZ platforms.
GL-SHOCK
The Fab Defense GL-Shock absorbing buttstock contains a recoil-reducing mechanism and anti-rattle with a built-in premium silicon chrome alloy spring for your M4/M16. The GL-Shock is designed to fit either Mil-Spec or Commercial receiver extensions; it locks in solid and works to diminish felt recoil.
