Like most Flair-It fittings, these couplers are constructed of quality materials for optimal performance and reliability. Quality designed for quick and simple use, both indoor and outdoor applications, as well as for use with PEX tubing. The coupler size is 1/2" x 3/8" inch. Cut the PEX tubing square, slide a copper ring or stainless steel clamp along the tubing, insert the barbed fitting into the end of the tubing, slide the ring over the barb so it sits about 1/8" from the body of the fitting, and crimp the ring/clamp with a PEX crimper.
