The centrifugal vacuum concentrator is designed to give high recovery of sorbed DNA or protein from a diluted sample. CentriVap separates the virus from the sheath to yield a pure sample. The vortexer removes unattached DNA using the centrifugal force of the concentrate. The system is easy to use. Just apply vacuum to the vacuum line, place the tube inside the vacuum chamber, and let the system concentrate the sample. The concentrated sorceries can be resuspended in the eluent or water bath, then centrifuged to a uniformly spherical product. The sorers fall apart and can be easily replaced. The service kit includes two replacement O-rings, both with double-feet, to attach to the vacuum line without removing the tubing from the system. The vacuum line can be easily replaced without removing the tubing from the system.
