Product Info for Labnet Z446 Benchtop Centrifuge

The Labnet International Centrifugal Friction Tube 446 guarantees the highest level of recovery for your centrifugal titrations. Rapid speed increases ensure that critical separations proceed uninterrupted, while powerful gradient makers provide a reliable method for isolating and identifying peak protein content. Preprogrammed protocols allow for setup of protocols in advance, which eliminates the possibility of processing the same gel sample multiple times. The compact footprint allows for easy transportation and storage, while a lid with an integrated flip-open handle allows for easy access to the lid. The Labnet International Centrifugal Tube 446 has a maintenance-free, brushless DC motor and is fitted with a maintenance-free brushless DC motor. The accelerating drive selects the desired speed automatically. The digital timer and rotor with the time clearly displayed permits users to confirm the run status. The solid-phase filtering head has an integrated capicum filter. This rotor eliminates the need to fine-tune the rotor for retaining peak R/C. At the end of the run, the rotor can be removed and the rotor base platform cleaned. The rotor base with the brush-in place allows the rotor to be removed and cleaned; this reduces the possibility of contamination. The centrifuges lid opens automatically when the rotor is activated so users do not need to take action. Safety is an essential component of any centrifuge and the Labnet Z-446 centrifuge meets these requirements. All necessary safety checks have been made.
