This Spotlight made by Litepanels sticks down three inches from the ceiling or wall surface where they are mounted. The 1x1 Mono Fixture Spotlight by Lite Panels offers practically no loss of headroom or room space. Since the LED bulbs on this Lite Panels Spotlight are tilted so that light is projected forward from the fixture to softly light the subject.
