I really like this hand stop for smaller rails. Feels strong, not cheap. This is my 2nd one and will buy again for 8" rails and smaller. AKA AR9s looks nice and slick too. Phase5 makes a very good product.

Product Info for Phase 5 Weapon Systems Inc Mini Hand Stop - LPSN Rail Direct Thread

The Mini Hand Stop DIRECT THREAD (MHS-DT) is an ultra-lightweight rail attachment that will assist the operator with indexing their support hand while deploying the weapon; as well as keeping the support hand in the same position while firing. The MHS-DT can be mounted on the bottom or either side of the Phase 5 WSI LPSN15, LPSN13 or LPSN10.5 Quad Rail. It can be mounted in a forward or reverse direction, allowing either a push or pull style grip. ONLY compatible with the Phase 5 LPSN15 Quad Rail, the Phase 5 LPSN13 Quad Rail, the Phase 5 LPSN10.5 Quad Rail, or other rail with #10-32 TPI threaded holes 1.576 in. apart.image
