The Owl Hooter is just the call to locate bear in ravines, dense timber, ridges, etc. Use it as a locator and also a rabbit call! Makes that unbelievable sound that owls make when threatened just as rabbits do when in distress! The Owl Hooter is small and easily carried and works well with one or two fingers covering the oval latex pad. Partridge, turkey, cottontail and other small predators will respond readily and this call is a great one to have in your hunting bag. Owl Hooters are excellent rabbit calls and can be used as such, but beware ducks are easily startled! They can also be flattened and dropped on their backs! Dont let this great feature fool you into thinking this is an easy call to use. The Owl Hooter can be blown on a regular turkey caller or the new Hooter Deluxe which features two TPI reeds and uses a single Reed/reed combination to make the high pitch hoots of an owl! You can even use this call to locate birds in a corn field or soybean field!
