The Quartermaster Walter White Karambit features a spur steel blade and a brown treeing hardwood handle with a lanyard hole. The karambit was named after Walter White who was a martial artist and whose skills were legendary in the art of Karambit and bowie knife combat. White was a student of Walter White Sr. and a dedicated martial artist. He served in the US Army as a medic. After completing his military training, he served in the special forces as a paratrooper, landing craft crew chief, demolitions expert, checkering and surveying contractor, stunt pilot, ETO pilot, stunt pilot and weapons instructor. White is most noted for his skill in the field using long guns and speed of his drawing. White's Karambit specialty was honed in the jungles of Southeast Asia. The style quickly became known as one of the most lethal and versatile of the martial arts, earning a reputation as a close quarters fighter and being the first American to successfully ground a karambit blade in a movie.
