That is not dependent on the magazine, it depends on whether your barrel is rated for +P ammunition.

Does this fit bersa 383-A?

The 383A was only manufactured between 1986 and 1988, there is very little information available. I would recommend contacting Bersa for confirmation. You can reach Bersa through the importer, Eagle Imports in Wanamassa, NJ at
