No. This ONLY works with the TLR-1/2 light from Streamlight. Read the description. The Surefire model ONLY works with certain models of the Surefire X-300.

just recently received an Blackhawk Omnivore light bearing holster for Streamlight tlr-1 HL and my Glock 22 gen 4 fits perfectly. however, i swapped the light onto my Glock gen 5 model 19 and it feels awkward. are the really compatible?

No, this will only work for the Surefire X300, and only those without the thumbscrew mount. The other model, for the TLE-1/2 will work for some Viridian modules that are designed to fit in holsters for the TLR-1, but that's it.
