No, you cannot use a magnifier with a magnified optic as it will shift point of impact.

Does it co-witness with iron sights?

This sight sits at 1.6" to optical center, versus the 1.5" height for standard AR iron sights, so it will be lower 1/3rd co-witness with the iron sights.
