The Tokarev TAR 12P uses Benelli Mobil chokes. So these Carlson's Choke Tubes Tactical Breecher 12 Gauge Cylinder Muzzle Brake will not work with that shotgun. The model at the link below will work.

Will this obscure the front sight if using bead front sight? Would it require a front sight that has a ramp?

The outside diameter of the extended portion of the choke is 1.20". Yes this will affect sight plain with a sight mounted on a plain barrel. It should not with a ramped or vent rib barrel.

Will this fit the Mossberg 590S 20 inch tactical shotgun

The Mossberg 590S 20 inch Tactical shotgun uses the AccuChoke system which should be interchangeable with the Winchester/ Browning Invector Chokes. So these Carlson's Choke Tubes Tactical Breecher 12 Gauge Cylinder Muzzle Brakes will not work with that shotgun. However, the model at the link below should work.

Which one is best for the 1301 tact to run slugs ,buck and bird ??

You will need the Beretta Optima HP model of the Carlson's Choke Tubes Tactical Breecher 12 Gauge Cylinder Muzzle Brake for the Beretta 1301. It is a cylinder bore choke which you would need to shoot slugs and certain buckshot loads but will also work for bird shot.

We are not sure as we have not tried to install 2 chokes in this particular model of shotgun. Now we do make this style of muzzle brake for the DP 12. We do make a Breecher choke item# 85009 to fit this gun. The OD of the head is exactly 1" in diameter. Hopefully this will allow to to see if two would work.
