I think the idea is that this is a rifled carbon fiber barrel (inside is ready to go) with unfinished breech and muzzle ends. It needs to be threaded or whatever on either end to mount it up and put a brake on it. This is 100% for a competent gun smith/machinist to make usable on a rifle.
