They are both a 4 camera kits - the wording may be confusing, but it is referring to the Home camera as the first camera you set up to communicate with the other cameras. The difference between this kit and the kit I'm assuming you're referring to is this one has the 100 ft. infrared flash range where the Black Flash package only has a range of 50 ft.
