Does the Cuddeback system communicate across T-Mobile?

The CuddeLink is not cell service or Wi-Fi. CuddeLink is a proprietary wireless mesh network that allows the cameras to communicate with each other.

Do u have to put a phone sims card in each camera to send the pictures to u .

Only the CuddeLink Cell camera the rest of the CuddeLink system is tethered to.

Do you need a cuddycap with this to transmit pictures or does it come with the Cuddycap?

Where is on/off switch?

There is no dedicated on/off button. You can turn the camera off by pressing the mode button on the control panel until it lights up the Off led and then confirming using the More button. You can turn it on by holding the mode button for a few seconds.
