Will this fit the rock island FH single stack 9mm? I noticed the other one also ....

The EGW 5" tungsten guide rod will work with the RIA FH Single Stack as long as it is a 5" bushing gun.

The manufacturer does not state the weight of the Evolution Gun Works Tungsten 1911 5in Guide Rod 2-pc 10403. For that information I recommend contacting EGW.
