Is this a snap on handle for any MIL Spec AR-15 metal handle? If not, how is it installed?

This is an AR-15 pistol grip, so it will replace any standard AR-15 grip. It attaches using the standard grip screw like any other AR-15 grip.

Do you sell the finger attachments also? It’s listed in the product description but I don’t see an option to add.
