Yes, even though a small base sizer was used the seater die will still work great.

Yes, the micro meter seater will still work well for cases sized with a small base sizing die.

Yes. Cases re-sized in a small base die will have similar results as cases re-sized in a standard full-length die.

Yes. The seating die chamber is reamed with a slightly oversized chamber reamer, so brass re-sized with a small base die will have no issue in this seating die.
