No. The Optimus A2 Adapter has 1.2875x24 threads that will work with suppressors like the Griffin Armament Optimus, Revolution, And Resistance series of suppressor. Griffin Armament does offer the A2 adapter for 1.375x24 suppressors. This would allow this interface to be threaded into SilencerCo Bravo threaded suppressors. If this question is asking about compatibility of ASR Muzzle Devices with this interface, this would not be compatible. This adapter is to use certain Gate Lok muzzle devices (hammer comp and flash comp compatible) or USGI A2 government contract compliant muzzle devices. If using this muzzle device with another manufacturer's a2 style muzzle device, it would need to be made to the mil spec in terms the dimensions of the outer diameter, blank firing adapter ring, overall length and wrench flats.
