Will this help with recoil on a carbine 12.7x42 ar 15

If you are running a standard Mil-spec weight buffer spring, this can help with the felt recoil however you may need to tine the system as you will be changing the dwell time and cycling pattern. You may need a different buffer or adjustable gas system.
