If your upper is Mil-spec in terms of how the barrel nut interfaces with the upper receiver, then it is compatible.

The pictures show with and without the integrated QD cups in the rail. Which one is being offered here?

The integrated QD sling swivel was an older design. The rails being sold now have a barrel nut that does not need to be timed with the omission of the QD sling swivel socket.

What is the inside diameter of the rail? Will a 1.5” suppressor fit under it?

No it will not. Griffin Armament’ website states internal diameter is 1.35”.
