What size buffer tube and what weight buffer should be used with this?

Carbine or Pistol buffer tube length. And H1 or H2 can be used but lean towards H2.

Since this is a short barrel would Griffins 3 oz. Carbine buffer be sufficient for this MK1 or should a heavier buffer like a H1 or H2 be used? Thanks
