not this particular bipod, but harris makes an adapter that allows you to cant and pan

No.
When Harris bipods say “SWIVEL” in the description, it means the rifle will rotate on its vertical axis approximately 45° left and right. If you need to “PAN” from left to right horizontally, you have to drag one leg/foot or the other.
