What’s difference in next level and performance jacket and bibs

•Higher stretch for freedom of movement.

I think I need XL top and bibs, but I cannot find a size chart. I plan to wear in both semi-mild weather and in cold weather. 2XL?

Here is the size chart: X-LARGE: Chest: 46-49". Waist 38-40". Inseam 32". 2X-LARGE: Chest: 50-53". Waist 42-44". Inseam 32".
