how many sound dose it come with? and can u down load more? ?

According to the manufacturer it comes with 200 predator calling sounds on the I-hunt app with up to 750 available for download.

Is good cell coverage needed for Bluetooth/caller functions? In other words will it work in poor/no cell service areas. Thanks

Bluetooth does not rely on cell phone signal. As long as you are within range of the Bluetooth connection distance, it will work, even if you have no cellular service.
