with this be able to carry a 6.5 Grendel boat carrier

The JP Enterprises LTC-19 Billet Stripped Upper Receiver is a DPMS pattern AR10 upper receiver. So it will not work with 6.5 Grendel. You will need an AR15 stripped upper. The stripped upper receiver at the link below can be used for 6.5 Grendel.
