Per the Knight's Armament website using the Manufacture Part Number 22051-1 this end plate "comes with lock ring only". They don't call it a castle nut it looks like. As for the 24103-1 Part Number it's not listed for some reason. It's kind of odd that Optics Planet doesn't list the details on these two listings better.
