It will only work with the Steiner DBAL devices.

Will this work with the new DBAL A4 that has an integrated 500 lumen visible light?

It will plug in, but you will be left with an unused plug. This is meant for something like the A3, so you can plug it into the visual override and simultaneously a separate Steiner light. You want separate single wire pads for the RF and VO ports.

Will this work with the Streamlight HP rifle light? I have the rifle kit end cap already.

Unfortunately this is not compatible with Streamlight flashlights.

This is a proprietary connection that only works with Steiner DBAL devices and Mk4/Mk5 battle lights.

This will not work with AN/PEQ2A devices, it will only work with the Steiner DBAL devices.
