I don't know much about scopes but I'm needing a magnification higher than a 3-9 x 40. And a 4.5-14. Will this work?

Is this the correct image of the scope, or does the actual model have the tall turrets?

This is a stock photo. This 120615 has low turrets because it's the model that has the CDS option.

Is this available with the Leopold small dot reticle or fine reticle with small dot. If not, can you recommend a similar scope that does have it?
