You may be able to get an aftermarket dovetail adapter plate mount an RMR. Strike Industries sells one such adapter that you can use with almost any red dot sight. It's available here on Optics planet. Search "Strike Industries Gun Universal Optics Mount SI-GLOCK-GUM". I'll be getting one. You'll lose the option of a rear sight with this fix. There are other option out there that will adapt a dovetail into it but they limit you on red dot options. So it depends on what's important to you.
