The LPA SPS Fully Adjustable Sight Set is not compatible with the Walther P22. The P22 only shares the same sight set as the P22Q.

will these co witness with a rmr on a glock 19?

The LPA SPS Fully Adjustable Sight Set will provide a lower 1/3 co-witness if you have your slide milled for an RMR, however, using an adapter plate (MOS Glock models) would likely only allow a lower 1/5 co-witness.
