dose this pack have CCW like the falconIII? there about the same size I prefer it to have one.

The Falcon has a copartment for storing the water bladder that they say can double as a ccw space. The Gyrfalcon also has a compartment for the water bladder as well as numerous other pouches, that can double as a space to carry a firearm.
