Is this a complete chassis with the stock and grip or just the center section?

From what I can tell, just the center (chassis). The stock runs approx $500 alone. Also note MDT rarely shows the actual chassis for the Ruger American Ranch in 300 blkout bc the forend of the chassis is so short (only goes halfway down the barrel ). IF MDT would make a chassis with a 15” forward end or grip I’d be all over this.

Can this chassis work on the Ruger American ranch rifle 300blk which uses the AR magazine?

Yes it should fit, you would just need to use the MDT .223 polymer magazine with the chassis rather than your factory magazine.
