Yes, the Midwest Industries Aimpoint T-1 QD Mount will work with the Romeo5 XDR.

My experience with this QR mount was different. It did not seat flush with the Sig Sauer Romeo5 sight. I had to file the side rails down on the mount for it to seat flush. The screws that are provided with the QR mount were short so I used the same mounting screws that came with the Romeo5. I took a chance with Midwest Industries mount because they were out of stock on the American Defense QR mount which seated flush on my other Romeo5 sights.
