This will work on a .300 Blackout pistol, however putting a stock on a firearm with a barrel length under 16" will result in the firearm being classified as a "Short Barrel Rifle" which would require an NFA approval from the ATF before you can assemble it. We recommend checking your local laws to ensure you are in compliance with the law at all times.
No because its a stock and that would make it an SBR.
