Can this be mounted from either side or the bottom like the laser work le-032 rangefinder?

You could mount it wherever you'd like, you would need to be able to read the range though

Does this come with a laser to sight it in to your scope?

No. It uses a laser to do the ranging. It's just an infrared laser.
