The OTTE Gear Hard Shell Patrol Parka is a relaxed fit. So there will be more room compared to an athletic or next to skin fit.

When are they produced? Performance will not degrade？

If properly taken care of these parkas should not degrade. You will need to contact the manufacturer to confirm place of origin.

Does this jacket have side zippers to access a belt holster?

It has a two-way zipper in the front that allows you to fold it out of the way when needed and has really long side vent zippers. They do not show additional side zippers though.
