This may be a stupid question but I don't see a cable lead with a TP-120 male end in the pictures, is this able to connect to a PTT?

No it’s not, as I was disappointed to find out. It has no port for the Y harness to add comms. Only comm capability is NIB

Something like a 2 pin on your baofeng’s, but you’ll need to buy the Peltor Extension Y Cable that is also on OpticsPlanet

It’s brand new, I’m not sure exactly where it came from but I got it new in box/plastic with mic foamier, batteries, arc rail adapters and all that

Yes the new Peltor VII actually are Bluetooth enabled and don’t have a download cable at all
