No, that magazine is specifically for the MKA 1919 and they are not interchangeable. Here is a link to the only magazine we currently carry for the VR60:

According to Amscor..as long as this MKA 1919 is all steel, it will cycle correctly, but it will not drop out of the mag well automatically. Check Tooth & Nail website for more information. If polymer, the lip will prevent the mag from cycling.
