Can u see a person's body heat/image through walls? Say like on the other side of a door?

No, thermal devices will not work through walls or doors unless they are of very thin construction and there is a large heat difference between the wall/door and whatever is behind it. Additionally, most walls are insulated which would render it impossible to sense heat through.
