This holster will not fit P365's with lasers or lights mounted to them.

IS THE BOTTOM OPEN? WILL IT FIT THE 365XL ??

I don’t think so, as the 365XL is longer barrel and slide. You can buy a bigger holster, part number HOL-365XL-APX-RH

Is your gun supposed to rattle when it's in the holster

Perhaps tightening the screws on the holster will give a more snug fit, eliminating the rattle.
