74" x 34" I believe. I have used this mat before, prior to purchase. Im 6ft tall and my feet hang off the end of it, not by much though, but enough so that if your in wet grass or muddy areas, your feet and the bottom of your pants would get wet or dirty. I did not find an issue with the width.
