No it does not. Look at the Spartansystems website. They sell one seperately, but it is $125.

Can I shoot this with 9mm and 45acp or 357 magnum? Please reply ASAP thanks.

This is rated for use with most common pistol calibers (including 9mm, .357 magnum, and .45 ACP) at a distance of no less than 7 meters and most common rifle calibers at a distance of 50 meters. The manufacturer says you should not use any steel core ammunition.
