Stern Defense sells a conversion block to allow glock mags to be inserted into a mil-spec ar-15 lower. I have no experience with it yet but the general online opinion is that they work pretty well. It would likely be better to get a lower that is designed as a 45 acp lower but if thats not an option that conversion kit should work fine.
