These are unisex gloves, so if your measurement either of the circumference of your hand across the knuckles without the thumb, or the length of your hand from the base of the wrist to the tip of the middle finger is 7.75", we would recommend either a small [7.25" to 7.75"] or medium [7.75" to 8.25"]. These measurements are approximate, so you should use them as a guideline.
