Does this fit on a Glock 19 Gen 5? Does not have finger grooves in the grip, and bottom of pad looks like it forms to the first ridge.

No, neither of these will work for Sig pistols.

MPN:69300 is for Glock handguns
MPN:69310 is for M&P handguns

No, this is only currently set up for the TLR-1 and TLR-2.
